My Uncle The Alien

While on a visit to a Los Angeles youth shelter, the President's wife and daughter learn that the shelter is to be shut down due to budget difficulties. During a barrage of media interviews, Kelly, the President's daughter, mentions that her 'uncle', who she describes as something between Santa Claus and an alien, might be able to help with the problem.

Ridiculed by the media, Kelly runs away to avoid attention, but ends up being kidnapped (along with her newfound friend, Zig) by two street hustlers and held for a $1 million ransom. Since everyone believes Kelly is just making up another far-fetched story, it is now up to her mysterious 'uncle' to rescue her.
